Shipping Policy

We ship to Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, France, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

Orders are prepared on business days. The estimated delivery time will be indicated during the purchase process.

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by holidays, high-demand campaigns, or logistical issues beyond AUREA's control.

Whenever possible, we will try to keep you informed about the status of your order during transit.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the provided shipping address is correct. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or failure to collect, and the package is returned to AUREA, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment.
