You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return by writing to aurea.official.concept.store@gmail.com. After that period, returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstances. We do not accept collect on delivery (COD) returns. Once a return has been requested, the item must be sent within 14 calendar days to the address previously provided to you by email from the returns team.
We only accept returns of unused products in perfect condition, with their original packaging and accessories. If the item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to verify its condition, we may reduce the refund amount.
No returns are accepted for personalized items or earrings, piercings or other sealed products for hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the product or valid proof of shipment. The amount paid for the returned item will be refunded.
